The Eames  inspired lounger chair with the matching ottoman has been  based on the design  developed by Charles Eames. After years of working on design the chair was released for the Herman Miller furniture company in 1956I.t was  designed for the high end of the market in mind.

The  chair shell is made of several thin layers of  walnut wood veneer glued together.The chair has a low seat which is permanently fixed at a recline. The seat of the chair swivels on a cast aluminium base.
