Click4interiors reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice to you and any changes take effect on the day they are posted. Any such changes will be posted on this section of the website and your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the prevailing terms and conditions.
You will be requested to read and accept these terms and conditions every time you place an order. For this reason we encourage you to review them whenever you use this website to ensure that you are familiar with the latest terms and conditions.
We also recommend to all our customers to print and retain a copy of the terms and conditions for future reference. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS
1. Creating the contract
1.1 You place an order on the website by selecting an item and following the instructions.
1.2 You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input error in your order up until you click the Submit Order Button
1.3 After you have submitted your order you will receive an order acknowledgement e-mail from us. Please note that this e-mail is an acknowledgement and not an order acceptance.
1.4 If you are paying by credit card, we will authorize your debit car payment. If you are paying by cheque, we will deposit your cheque on the first working day after receiving it.
1.5 Once the payment has been authorized, or your cheque cleared, and we have determined the availability of stock, we will arrange the delivery of the goods to you. The acceptance of your order and our second e-mail containing an order number and details of delivery will create a legally binding contract between us.
1.6 We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order for whatsoever reason. Should this occur we will e-mail you with the details.
1.7 We would recommend that you retain all correspondence (e-mails) relating to your order

2.Payment
2.1 If you have chosen to pay by card, once your order is received we will process the payment for the order by the way of the credit card or debit card details you have provided.
In the event that there is insufficient stock to satisfy your order you will be informed as soon as possible. A refund will be processed through your chosen credit or debit card used for the payment of the order.
2.2 If you have chosen to pay by cheque , once we have received your order we will deposit the cheque. As soon as the cheque has cleared for payment we will begin to process your order.
In the event that there is insufficient stock to satisfy your order we will inform you as soon as possible. A refund will be made by cheque from us to you .
2.3 In an unlikely event when the payment cannot be authorized for any reason or a cheque has failed to clear we will invite you to pay by another method.
2.4 All prices on our website are quoted in UK pounds(£). All prices include the delivery charges on Mainland UK only.
Delivery charges are calculated on the proximity of your delivery address to our distribution centre.
If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you an opportunity to reconfirm your order at the correct price, or cancelling the order. Should we be unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund.
3. Security and Clearing
3.1 All credit and debit card payments made on our website are protected by a secure connection. It ensures that your credit or debit card information is encrypted prior to it being transferred to the bank for authorization.
3.2 We do not store any credit or debit card information once your order has been processed.
4. Delivery of goods
4.1 We will deliver the goods you have ordered to the address you have given us for delivery at the time you place your order. We can only deliver to addresses within mainland UK.
If a delivery is required outside the UK mainland you must contact us for a delivery quote.
4.2 We aim to deliver your product within the quoted time when you place your order. If circumstances change, we will contact you. If however the delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control we will not accept any liability for consequential loss or inconvenience. We will NOT be liable for any delay in delivery of the Goods howsoever caused.If the delivery cannot be achieved within the specified time,you will have the option of cancellation of the Order and a full refund. We will not be obliged to offer you a compensation for disappointment suffered. If you cancel the Order within 3 working days of a scheduled delivery (whether original or revised) then a £45.00 charge will apply. Upon giving reasonable notice to you,we might deliver goods in advance of the stated delivery date.
4.3 The estimated delivery times quoted on the website are for deliveries to postcodes which fall within our normal delivery areas. If your postcode falls outside our normal delivery area, delivery times may vary. We will inform you of this when confirming acceptance of your order.
4.4 You will become the owner of the goods ( and liable for the loss, destruction of the goods) at the time of delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the delivered goods.
4.5 The delivery team will deliver your goods to your home.
4.6 All deliveries are signed for. If you are out when the delivery team arrives, they will leave a card with a contact number for you to call and arrange a delivery at a future date. PLEASE NOTE that there will be additional charges for this.
5. Cooling off period
5.1 You are entitled to a statutory cooling off period beginning from the date you placed your order and ending 7 working days after you received the goods.
Certain goods are exempt from this cooling off period, for example a mattress which has been taken out of packaging in which it was delivered, special order or an bespoke item made to your specifications.
5.2 Should you decide to cancel the contract during the Cooling off period, you must inform us in writing by post or emailng us.
5.3 If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract, and we have not processed the goods for delivery, we will refund to you all the monies paid by you for the goods in question including the delivery charges in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation being accepted.
5.4 If you have not received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract but we have processed the goods for delivery, and they are en route, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you. You are the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you and you are liable for their loss or destruction. The goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. We will refund to you all monies paid by you for the goods in question excluding the cost of collection of the goods in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation being accepted.
5.5 If you have received the goods at the time of cancellation of the contract the goods must be returned to us as soon as possible. You are the owner of the goods once they have been delivered to you and you are liable for their loss or destruction. We will refund you all the monies paid by you for the goods in question, excluding the cost of collection of the goods, in the same form of payment originally made for the purchase as soon as possible and in any event 30 days of your order being accepted, PROVIDED that the goods are returned by you and are received by us in condition that they were when delivered to you.
5.6 If you do not return the goods to us we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be refunded to you.
6. Damage or Defective Goods
6.1 Every effort will be made to ensure that the goods you have ordered arrive undamaged and without defect.
6.2 If the goods are found to be either damaged or defective in any way at the time of delivery, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery of the goods either by phoning or e-mail/.
6.3 If the goods are damaged and we are unable to repair the item to manufacturing standards, we will send you a replacement item upon confirmation that the damaged item has been returned to us.
6.4 If the goods are found to be defective we will refund you all the monies paid by you for the goods in question (including the delivery charge) together with any return delivery charges you may reasonable have incurred if you have undertaken to return the items yourself, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase as soon as possible.
7. Cancellation
7.1 by us
7.1.1 We reserve the right not to accept any order request if:
7.1.2 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
7.1.3 we do not deliver to your area
7.1.4 one or more of the goods ordered was incorrectly described or priced on the website,
7.1.5 the payment transaction is not authorized, or
7.1.6 you failed to comply with the provisions of paragraph 11 of these terms and conditions
7.1.7 If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will refund to you any sum paid by you to us in respect of the contract as soon as possible, and in any event within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. We will NOT be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
7.2 by you the customer
7.2.1 You have the right to return the goods within 7 days from the delivery date without the goods being damaged and in original packaging. We will organize for the goods to be picked up by one of our couriers as soon as it is possible ( usually within 1-3 weeeks). A 10% restocking fee and the courier charge to return the goods will be deducted from the sum you paid to us.
7.2.2 Made-to -order products; If, for any reason you decide to cancel your made-to-order product we will charge you 20% cancellation fee of the order price, as it is unlikely that we will be able to sell it to another customer at the full selling price. Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
20% CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES TO ALL MADE TO ORDER PRODUCTS.
Neither of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
8. Stock levels
8.1 As far as reasonable possible all products featured to buy on our website are either in stock and available at the time of ordering, or are produced to the order with the anticipated lead time.
8.2 In case any product is out of stock, we will notify you and proceed in terms of paragraph 2.1 and 2.2 as appropriate.
9.Unforeseen Circumstances
Although we make every effort to meet our customer's demands from time to time a cancellation or variation might be necessary as a result of unforeseen circumstances and other causes beyond our control e.g. dispute, fire, flood,snow, war or strike, etc.
10. Complains and Remarks

10.2 We will deal with your complained confidentially and fairly. Your statutory rights as a consumer will stay unaffected.
11. Contract capacity
11.1 To be eligible to enter into contract with us to purchase goods on our website you must:

12.Invalidity
If any of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
13. Law
You agree that English Law shall apply to these terms and to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts is a dispute arises. We aim to ensure our site complies with English Law, but not laws of any other country.
If there is anything on this site that you are not allowed under the laws to which you are subject to access or see, cease using this website immediately.
